information on where to stay overnight at the place you are going to on an evacuation bus (or on your own), and where to find kosher food;

information on how to obtain consular services in order to apply for repatriation to Israel;

information about rides and flights - evacuation and bus services, on your way to Israel and other places;

information about assistance with absorption in religious communities of countries adjacent to Ukraine or in Russian-speaking religious communities in Israel and other countries;

assistance for children, psychological assistance, advice from rabbis in critical situations, etc., any other assistance in evacuation and further absorption at the point of arrival;

Ukrainian synagogues and Jewish centers provide humanitarian assistance to all the residents in need, regardless of their nationality or religion.

The Emergency Center operates 24/7 in coordination with the Ministry of Health and the Department of Emergency Services. It provides services in Russian and Hebrew and is staffed by doctors and social workers specializing in different areas.
